Job Specifications:

  • Minimum ‘O’ level
  • Experience in IT industry is an advantage
  • Able to work well both independently and as a team player.
  • Service oriented with excellent telecommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed, self‐motivated and trustworthy
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Singaporeans or Singapore PRs preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly sales target.
  • Execute marketing activities, including cold calls to pre‐qualify potential clients.
  • Handle phone enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with customers
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and promptly.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as and when required.
