Group Finance Manager / Group Accountant

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CFO, your main responsibilities are:
- Responsible for all operational accounting matters for iKnow Group of Companies.
- Prepare all Group Accounts schedule, which is not limited to the following inter-company transactions, inventory balances, and corporate sales.
- Oversee and ensure timely monthly reporting and in compliance with group policies for iKnow Group of Companies.
- Provide and review interpretation of financial information for iKnow Group of Companies.
- Ensure monthly compliance to the IGDS (Import GST Deferment Scheme) under Besta Digitech Pte Ltd.
- Ensure timely filing of GST F5 for iKnow Group of Companies.
- Perform as the SAP Super-user representing Finance to iKnow Group of Companies.
- Evaluate and implement improvements to Group's internal control.
- Provide Accounting guidance to the Accounts Executive and Assistant.
- Develop an accounting manual for iKnow Group of Companies.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalents qualifications
- CPA is preferred for the position of Group Accountant
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Group Accounts
- Supervisory Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Ability to work under pressure with tight reporting deadlines
- A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Preferably knowledge in SAP Business One software.
